Science has always fascinated me, not simply for the discoveries it makes possible, but for its ability to solve problems, improve lives, and create opportunities for society. This belief has shaped my journey as a biochemist, analytical scientist, educator, and mentor.

My research focuses on understanding how plants produce specialized natural products and how these molecules can be harnessed to address challenges in agriculture, biotechnology, and human health. By integrating analytical chemistry, molecular biology, enzymology, and metabolic engineering, I investigate the enzymes responsible for generating structurally diverse natural compounds and explore their potential applications.
